Palmis kitchen, I believe this place is in CT. Best pâté I ever had. Food was good also I would recommend to anyone that is in the area. I was in Stamford area and of course looking for some Haitian food and I found them. Look can be deceiving, I have seen few people sitting down but to me its a to go kinda place.

I ordered the stewed goat with plantain. The food was brilliant, staff was friendly, and everything felt authentic.

Authentic Haitian food...I have yet to be disappointed. I've tried almost everything in the lunch and dinner menu. The kabrit (goat) is to die for. I'm looking forward to trying the breakfast menu, which I'm sure will not disappoint me either. The owner is professional and very friendly and kind as well as the staff. It's one spot I don't mind traveling 15 miles to. There aren't a lot of tables but you can choose to sit or take it to go. Oh and they have a wide selection of delicious Haitian pate.

Good authentic haitian food. Not cooked with a ton of grease. The legume tasted just like my moms. And they were so nice!!! ( not the usual for Caribbean restaurants lol). Support this Haitian business!

I got the goat (griot). Came with plaintains, beans, and black rice. Make sure to get the pikliz condiment if you like spicy. It was a solid meal. Flavorful. Good value. I'd like to try more things. Restaurant is what you might find on a Caribbean island, with up-tempo music.

By far one of the best places to eat in Norwalk if you are looking for a home cooked type of meal. Alway extremely filling and outdated any other restaurant by cost, taste and portions. I eat here atleast 3x a week and Is perfect option to replace having to cook after a long day of work or if you just want to feel like you are eating at home. I recommend looking up the menu or knowing someone of Haitian decent when placing an order otherwise they deserve 10/10 STARZ!

This was my first time trying Haitian food. I dropped by while on a roadtrip. What a blessing! Got so lucky finding this place on a whim. The food is unreal delicious. I tried the turkey stew and goat stew, both so so good Would love to come again. The staff are really sweet too.

My parents and I were in Norwalk for the day and were looking for a light lunch. We were intrigued by the one Haitian restaurant in downtown Norwalk and thought we'd try it out. The staff were super accommodating, answering our questions and fulfilling our weird requests for a couple of vegetarian sides. They ended up offering us a large dish of rice, beans, fried plantains, and a green salad for $10. Halfway through the meal, they generously brought some extra plantains and a dish of bulgur wheat. The rice and beans were spiced nicely, mild and not too salty. The plantains were tasty and surprisingly light. This is mainly a takeout place, so the inside isn't really set up for dining in. But the staff were nice enough to let us grab a table and eat our lunch inside. Wish I could have tried a veggie entree but was happy with the food and service overall!

Brand new restaurant. Everything is take out. I came in for the first time to try some Haitian food. The cook and staff were in the kitchen filling orders. A customer noticed that my brother and I looked lost so she asked us if we wanted to order. The amazingly nice lady made some recommendations and told us about all of the wonderful dishes available. She was so nice. She treated us like family and brought the busy chef out to introduce to us. I think the chef's name was Flor. The food was great. I would come back just because the other customers were so friendly. The chef seemed a bit shy but had a nice smile and was very welcoming. I really felt I had been invited to my aunties kitchen for dinner. Such a lovely restaurant and great customers. Please support this place and give them your business. They are new to the business so please be patient. Come down and take some great Haitian food home to your house to enjoy with your loved ones. I'll be back for the beef patties and soup as recommended by the lovely auntie in purple. I forgot to ask her name, but she was a darling.
